SPECIAL RESOLUTION TO BE PASSED:
To consider and, if thought fit, pass the following Special Resolution:
That the Maling Road Business Association adopt the revised Rules of Association (2025 proposed version) as circulated to members, to replace the existing Rules of Association (2017 current version) in their entirety.
