NOTIFICATION OF FILMING & MALING ROAD CLOSURE

Dear Maling Road Community and Surrounding Residents,

Mailing Road, Canterbury has been chosen as a backdrop for an International Feature Film, which is loosely set in the Southern US.

This letter is to inform you that PR Productions Pty Ltd intend to close Maling Rd for filming.

FILMING REQUIREMENTS:

Filming along Maling Rd will require traffic controllers to close Maling Road for the
cast/crew and local community safety. Traffic management will be in place and will assist any pedestrians in the area at the time as well. Please below details for businesses that will be open during this time. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in advance.

All businesses will be closed on Saturday 3 August and Sunday 4 August unless
listed below:

Open as per normal; no parking on Maling Road, please use Wattle Rd
• Canterbury Eyecare
Open as per normal – 5 x car spaces to be reserved for clients in Wattle Road car park
• NewsXpress/AUS Post
Open as per normal from back entrance only – 6 x car spaces to be reserved for clients in Bryson St car park
• Maling Road Pharmacy
Open as per normal from back entry via Theatre Place only – Pedestrian access via Theatre Place
• IGA
Open on Saturday 3 August from 6pm – 7pm only
• Lennox Wine
Open on Saturday 3 August from 6pm as normal (closed Sunday)
• BetweenUs Coffee Food Wine
Open on Saturday 3 August from 6pm as normal (closed Sunday)

PARKING:

Essential support vehicles will park near our filming location within car park located on Wattle Road and
both car parks on Bryson Street (see map).

UNIT BASE: Trucks will be parked on private property on Canterbury Road.
