Simply fill in the entry form in the store where you made your purchase (goods and/or services) and hand the entry form back to the store.

The draw will be on Monday, 18th October at 4 pm

Winners will be advised on 18th October

• You can make as many entries as you like across all businesses
• 1 entry per purchase
