Management Committee Nominations:  

• All Management Committee positions will be declared vacant, and members are invited to consider nominating for the Management Committee 2023/2024. 
• Nomination forms must be submitted no later than MONDAY, November 27th 2023, @ 11.59 PM. 
• All forms are online. www.malingroad.com.au/events
• Hardcopy forms are available on request

Proxies:  

• A member entitled to attend and vote at the annual general meeting may appoint a person to attend and vote at the meeting as the member’s proxy. 
• A proxy must be a member of the Maling Road Business Association (MRBA).
• A proxy may be appointed by submitting a proxy form no later than 5.30 pm MONDAY, 27th November 2023
• All forms are online www.malingroad.com.au/events
• Proxy forms must be initiated by the member appointing the proxy

Eligibility: 

To be eligible to vote at the A.G.M of the Maling Road Business Association, you need to be registered as a member of the Association for a minimum of 10 days before the date of the A.G.M. 

To become a member, you will need to submit a Membership form; 

once endorsed,  you become a member, and you are eligible to vote in and nominate at an A.G.M. 10 days after you have been endorsed.
